Bertrand C. Harry

Attorney

Attorney Bertrand C. Harry immigrated to the United States from the Caribbean nation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. His family settled in West Philadelphia, and they eventually moved to the Overbrook section of the City. He attended public school and graduated from Overbrook High School.

Attorney Harry is a graduate of the Washburn University School of Law. He attained a Masters of Law degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University, Beasley School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Attorney Harry has 30 years of experience as a civil trial attorney. For a period of 20-years he was a Trial Attorney for a multi-national insurance carrier where he defended individual and commercial clients in the areas of products liability, construction litigation, premises liability, tractor-trailer accidents, company and personal vehicle accidents and wrongful death

After many years of defending clients, Attorney Harry changed his focus towards representing individuals who were injured through no fault of their own. In his quest to represent each client to the best of his ability, he has adopted the mantra: “If you prepare to settle, you prepare to fail”. When handling matters on behalf of his clients, he utilizes his extensive litigation experience to meticulously prepare each case so that client recovery is maximized.
